Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
LQT La Quinta Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances.
Project Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions.
You are responsible for ensuring site access and removing obstacles before work begins. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our services as outlined in your project contract. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper use, settling, acts of nature, or modifications made by others.
Concrete may develop minor surface cracks due to natural settling and temperature changes. These are normal and not covered under warranty unless they affect structural integrity.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and approvals from your HOA or local authorities. We can assist with permit applications, but final approval is not guaranteed.
You must mark or identify any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried infrastructure before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and material costs.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
